Who we are
Syncon is an accounting firm in Sarajevo. We keep the books, run payroll, prepare and file tax returns, and advise clients on tax and business matters.
We work with entrepreneurs who are just starting out, as well as with companies, sole proprietorships, associations and foundations that need ongoing accounting and advisory support. Our clients operate across the Federation of BiH, and they include foreign companies and representative offices.
How we work
Before we prepare an offer, we talk about your activity, the scale of your business, your documents and your plans. Experience with clients from many industries helps us understand the specifics of your business. Based on that conversation, we agree on the scope of services, the way we work together and who is responsible for what, so that from the start you know what we take over and what we need from you.
We explain tax and accounting obligations clearly, with concrete guidance on the documents needed, deadlines and next steps. You can send documents electronically, and we choose the communication channel together: email, phone, WhatsApp or Viber.
We work in Webaccount and e-Line, and communicate with clients in Bosnian and English.
Where we are heading
We are focusing Syncon's further development on improving accounting processes and on tax and business advisory. By automating routine tasks, we create more room for analysing the business and discussing the decisions that matter to our clients.
We follow regulatory changes relevant to our clients' businesses and share our knowledge and experience on the Syncon blog (in Bosnian) through explanations and practical examples.
